2016 AGM

The 2016 AGM of the C G Jung Society will take place on 15th April at Habitat Uniting Church,
2 Mont Albert Rd, CANTERBURY3126.  It will commence at 7.00pm and be conducted in the church sanctuary.  The order of business includes:  confirmation of the minutes of the 2015 meeting, President and Treasurer's Reports, endorsement of income and expenditures during the 2015 financial year, election of Committee members, and a review of reporting requirements for 2016.  Members unable to attend the meeting are entitled to a Proxy Vote.  Forms for this purpose are available HERE...and must be forwarded to the President <derry.doyle@rmit.edu.au> at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting.

Interested Members are encouraged to nominate for the Committee.  Nomination forms can be downloaded HERE.  These must be in the hand of the Honorary Secretary by 5.00pm Wednesday, 13th April .   Send them to cgjungsocietymelbourne@gmail.com

Due to the AGM The Discussion Group will not take place this month, but will resume in May.
