Annual General Meeting 2023

Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the

C G Jung Society of Melbourne Incorporated

ABN 26 221 805 217

to be held ONLINE at 7.00pm on THURSDAY, 27 April 2022

The Ordinary Business of the meeting will be:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.

2. To receive the Committee Reports upon the activities and transactions of the Association during the 2022 financial year.

3. To elect Officers of the Association (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer] plus Ordinary Members of the committee. (Roles such as Library Coordinator, Membership Secretary, Minute Secretary are either drawn from Ordinary Members of the Committee - or may be seconded and appointed by the Committee.}

4. To receive and consider the 2022 Financial Statement submitted by the Association to members in accordance with section 100(1) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).

5. To consider review requirements for the 2023 financial year.

2023 AGM Papers will be emailed to all Members.

Attendance: We encourage Members of the Society to attend the Annual General Meeting, however, if you are unable to attend, a Proxy may be appointed to represent you.

Voting by Proxy: Any paid up member of the Association is entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting and may appoint a person to attend and vote at the meeting as that member’s Proxy.

(NB a Proxy voter must also be a current financial member of the C G Jung Society of Melbourne Inc.)

NOTE: Completed Proxy Forms must be returned to the President at least 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
